Educating and orientating new staff members of McDonald's about their job procedure and working environment.
Following a 4 way pitch, Design Royale was selected to work with Brighter2 on this online learning platform for McDonalds. The success of our interactive portfolio coupled with our creative vision for the project led us to implementing a successful platform that will be used throughout McDonald's around Australia, for years to come.
New staff are asked to sit down and run through the 10-15 minute induction training, where they are orientated with Mcdonald's and procedures related to roles at McDonald's.
