At Design Royale we love flash. We love the full flash experience, so when the makers of Flash (Adobe) shows us a bit of love, it makes our day.

We have been awarded Adobe Customer Showcase Site of the day for our work on the Billabong Jeans campaign.

So it's been a while since we've posted some cool links but we thought that it's about time we acknowledged some of the amazing work we've been seening over the last month or two.

Liberty City Map

This virtual City Map for Grand Theft Auto is pretty amazing, I could definitely spend a long time searching through Liberty City.

The Place To Be

Not exactly sure what I'm supposed to do with this site but the visual treatment is really nice. That and some really cool transitions make this a pretty good looking interface.

Santi Miko

A series of Japanese inspired illustrations by Indonesian based designer Santi Miko. I love the detail and combination of styles and influences. One of these would look great on a Designroyale wall.

Nike Free Voice

Nike free voice is a Japanese Nike running shoe site. What I like about this site is its simplicity, use of vibrant colour and finely tuned development.

Nike Jumpman BTC Low

Nike Jumpman BTC Low is a site for Nike by Blast Radius and Academy. This is a really engaging way to serve the user a fair bit of content. Colours, typography are all great, a spot on campaign site.

We are really pleased and excited to have our site for Billabong "I Surf Because" selected as an Official Honoree for the 15th Annual Webby Awards in two separate categories, 'Best Use of Video or Moving Image' and the 'Sports' categories.

Of the over 8000 entries submitted to the 15th Annual Webby Awards, fewer than 15% were distinguished as an Official Honoree. So we are honored to be included in such a prestigious event and have our work showcased on an international stage.

After the devastating tragedy of the recent earthquake and tsunami, Japan is in desperate need of the world's help to rebuild and find the courage to move forward.

Design Royale has been touched and inspired by the generosity of the online community. To show our suppport, the team here are donating generously to the the Red Cross Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Relief. If you would like to join us in support, please dig deep and give generously.

The car company SEAT have come up with a really cool commercial using projection mapping. Visually it looks great and I love the idea of turning a real space into a work of art. Watch the TVC

Crazy cool interactive beat maker that is apparently for Swedish pop star Robyn Carlsson. I love the analog TV treatment and the inclusion of 3d. Definitely worth a look

Recently Design Royale was selected to take part in the IAB Creative Showcase for our work on I Surf Because. Unfortunately we didn't get the gold but we came close with silver. We had fun taking part in the event and look forward to future involvement with the Creative Showcase.

Something Lurks is an extremely cute and playful animated TVC for the electronics bran LG.

Ben the Bodyguard is a teaser site for some kind of iPhone application. I really like how you scroll and control the animation. Nice comic book style illustration as well.

Spike Jonze has teamed up with Arcade Fire to make this cool video for Arcade Fire's latest single The Suburbs. I love the style and cinematography of this video, combine that with an awesome track and the result is genius. Watch Video

This is a pretty amazing piece of technology. 360º panoramic scroll on video has so much potential to create some amazing video based interfaces. Check it out

The is the website for the Swedish Armed Forces. It integrates webcam functionality in a way that is pretty cool and fun to use. Beware! If you look at this site in the proximity of other people, they may think you have lost the plot. Visit the site

Very tidy site for 'Design made in Germany'. Really cool single page interface and clean design. What I like most is the way the logo interlocks with the illustration at the top of the page, very nice. Visit the site

If your looking to spend a few minutes geeking out in it's most pure from, make sure you check out this site by False in Japan. Some mind blowing flash experiments and crazy interactions. Check it out

This is an interesting behind the scenes look into North Kingdom's Great Piggy Bank Adventure process. I'm amazed at the lengths they go to in the development of their projects, obviously it's worth it, because The Great Piggy Bank Adventure looks fantastic. Check it out

Our objective was to create a website that showcased our work but also showcased Design Royale as an agency. "We wanted the cutting edge creative and fun culture to be represented in the design of the site" said Elliott Risby - Creative Director.

Working as a production partner with Three Drunk Monkey's, Design Royale developed a 3D driving game to support a campaign for Ice Break. The campaign runs as a seamless experience within You Tube.

2010 has seen Design Royale make its move into the US market with the launching of our New York studio.

2010 has seen Design Royale make its move into the US market with the launching of our New York studio. So far it's a small operation but we have found the local industry to be welcoming and we are really excited about getting our teeth into some massive projects.

Due to our expansion in New York and a bundle of awesome new projects coming into our Sydney studio, we brought on some new team members to embark on the Royale journey with us.
